REFLECTIONS ON CO-CREATION AND PASSION

Have you ever had a great idea that truly would have made a difference in the world?  One of those precious jewels received from the Universe in a moment of inspiration, or a vision received in deep meditation.  Remember the joy, the exilaration. the state of delight you felt!  You were at the peak of an intimate connection with all life.  You were vibrantly in touch with your creative energy.  You felt real, blessed, empowered, and adequate.  Then ego went to work putting a "rational frame" around your vision, around this Creative Idea.  Through this rationale, your vision got blurred, the power of your idea was slowly erased by the fears and limitations of the collective Human Consciousness.  You forgot your stroke of Genius.  You forgot your Identity and who's idea it was in the first place.  The passion necessary to breathe life into your vision, the love and commitment required to make it a reality were not there anymore.  Then one day you found out that someone else had the same idea and their idea became reality!

Your ego was supplying you many good reasons and explanations...but your spirit knew better.  Divine ideas come and go and freely flow in the superconscious mind.  We are the receptors, it is our responsibility to capture them, to nurture them and to be co-creators.

Dreams and visions, ideas and goals are but simple daydreaming without the passionate focus of our feeling nature, without the burning desire and the consistency of love that turns them into reality.  Divine ideas impregnate our creative energy, but it is our passion that nurtures them.  It is our compassion, the all-inclusiveness of all existance: our love of humanity that turns [our inspirations] into remarkable works and achievements, whereas our rational thinking has killed many [great ideas].  At the speed we are traveling on the information highway, it is not additional knowledge but [rather] the quality of our love that will [enable us to make manifest our highest goals and dreams].

Are we listening?   Are we connecting our bodies, our minds, our emotions and aligning them with our soul?  Are we fine-tuning our receptors?  [Are we rigorously scrutinizing our ego reactions and responses?]  Are we putting our passion, our enthusiasm, our joy into the Divine Ideas and making them reality?  Is our feeeling nature turned on or turned off?  Can we say this affirmation and truly mean it and feel it?

Every atom of my being is alive, alert, awake and aware.  The genius in me is present and receptive.

My response-ability is focused:  I am a co-creator.

Through me the Universe thinks, feels, expresses, and manifests.

I know it, I feel it; and I do make a difference.

And I give thanks for all that I am, all that I do and all that I co-create.

To all my readers I salute your creative genius and admire your passion for life.  I believe in you and I believe in me.

Affirmation of the Day

Today, I go within and I remember my true origin

Today, I open my heart to forgiveness and compassion

Today, I spread Love wherever I am

Today, in the stillness of this moment, I remember God's Presence

           within me

Today, I reverse all thoughts of fear and transmute them into Faith

Today, I set the intention to stretch, grow and be the real and

Authentic me, the one I was created to be.

Today, my heart is filled with gratitude as I love myself, my life and all

           the people in it!

Reflections on the Power of Transformation

There was a time in my life when I thought I had to do it all by myself...and I felt alone.

There was a time in my life when I thought I had to do it all...and I felt overwhelmed.

There was a time in my life when I thought I had to do it perfectly...and I was exausted.

There was a time in my life when I thought I had to control people, places, moods and events...

and I was frustrated.

There was a time in my life when I thought I had to know it all...and I felt stupid and inadequate.

There was a time in my life when I thought I had to be loved by all...and I felt rejected.

There was a time in my life when I thought that I had to win and be right at any cost...and I felt

resisted and victimized.

There was a time in my life when I was defiant in my bravados...and I felt fearful and lost.

There was a time in my life when I thought I must avoid, kill or numb the pain...and I ended up

stuck in my suffering.

And then there is now...

  • Now I release and I let go; I let God make me whole.
  • Now I do my Inner Work and I let God take care of the rest.
  • Now I am committed to put God first in my life, knowing that God is bigger than any problem or challenge I may have.  My attention is no longer focused on my "big" problem.
  • Now I am focused on my Spiritual values and skills.
  • Now I know that being happy is a choice that I make for myself right now...regardless of appearances, I choose to be happy.
  • Now I allow God to take charge of my thinking and I set clear intentions with respect to the events and circumstances I desire to experience...that is the true power of transformation.

Transformation happens when we transcend our previous beliefs and ego responses.

It happens when we realize that we are much more than our egos want to believe.

Transformation is Inner work: the willingness to stretch grow, understand and believe what previously we thought was impossible.

Transformation is a resentment shifted into understanding and compassion via forgiveness.

Transformation is embracing our Authentic self.

Transformation is honoring our greatness and surrendering our ego's smallness.

Transformation is giving Life our sacred Yes, our love and enthusiasm, our intelligence and trust instead of our fears, worries, impossibility thinkinking, cynicism and criticism.

WOW!  Transformation is Powerful it changes everything.

Happy transformational Journey.

Reflections on Gratitude

Usually we think of Gratitude on Thanksgiving day, yet the attitude of gratitude is a very powerful spiritual "dissolvent" of negativity.  Gratitude contains the humility in seeing, understanding and being patient and present.  It contains the humility to appreciate and know with the heart.  It starts with a simple statement:  "Thank you God, thank you life, for giving me the eyes to see, the ears to hear and the heart to feel.  Yes thank you for my ability to feel pain, sadness, joy, enthusiasm, awe, admiration and love.  I even thank you for fear.  Fear has been the greatest catalyst for my spiritual growth."

Gratitude produces paradigm shifts.  Gratitude is the spiritual dissolvent of fear. One does not need to know the origin of the word to feel the grace contained within it.  I feel the power contained within.  It makes me feel blessed, privileged, connected, content, fulfilled and happy!  Gratitude anchors me in the now.  Although my mind is traveling through the time and different places, my awareness and my feelings are in the now.

Gratitude is my strongest connection to humility and, therefore, to the knowingness and feeling of my Oneness with God.  It changes my attitude of victim hood, self-pity, self-centeredness and self-absorption into an attitude of understanding, acceptance and ability to appreciate what is vs. wishful thinking.  Without gratitude my ego would have the tendency to be cut up in some self-absorbed drama.  You can't be grateful and miserable.  Gratitude allows me to see and understand the big picture, and the lesson.  Therefore, it promotes forgiveness in some cases and is the result of forgiveness in others.  Gratitude is the healing balm for past wounds.

Gratitude is the humility in recognizing the source, the ability to rejoice, ability to be in awe, ability to admire, praise, and count the blessings.  It is the ability to be proactive.

Gratitude is the energy of joy, peace and abundance combined.  It is the belief in Divine Order and the trust in the working out of the Divine Plan.  Gratitude is seeing with the eyes of love beyond the circumstances.  Gratitude is the antidote to depression.  Gratitude is the catalyst of growth, the deep sense of fulfillment.  Gratitude is the now-moment bringing freedom from addictive cravings and of core addictions.  Gratitude is the belief in the goodness of this Universe in spite of appearances to the contrary.  Gratitude is knowing God's love for us.  Gratitude is the "fuel" of manifestation, it is hope actualized.  "Thank you for my abundance" is the magnetic force attracting more good into our lives!  It changes brain waves and body chemistry.  Dare to experience it.

In this new century and millenium what is required of us is a quantum leap in consciousness, in our beingness and in our attitudes.  This century requires quantum skills for a new humanity.  Allow the gratitude in your heart to bring forth the quantum being that you are.

Count your blessings - erase your perception of what you lack.

Count your blessings - dissolve your fears.

Count your blessings - dry your tears.

It works when WE work it!

Love Liliane
