For a long time in my life I did not know that I am Energy.
I knew about my lack of energy and some depleting energies,
so it was a discovery to realize that I am a distributor of energy.
There are many expressions of energy:
PHYSICAL ENERGY: Horsepower, manpower, athletic power,
nuclear power, etc.
SEXUAL ENERGY: Pure pro-creative energy
MENTAL/INTELLECTUAL ENERGY: The Power of Thought and Mind,
Everything created is first a Vision and a thought. We live in a
mental world first that then becomes material. Mental Energy
is creative Energy. In 1903, James Allen published his most
influential book As a Man Thinketh. Loosely based on the
Biblical proverb, "As a man thinketh in his heart, so is he,
" the book laid out Allen's core philosophy-that a man's
thought if not the Cause of his circumstances is the cause
of HIMSELF, and shapes the tenor of his life.
EMOTIONAL ENERGY: Emotions are the primary source of human energy, aspirations and drive.
They activate our innermost feelings;
they contain our purpose in life and our values.
Their key factor is the way we PERCEIVE and INTERPRET
CIRCUMSTANCES.
If viewed through our past experiences and belief system
(our Imprints) we will respond REACTIVELY and automatically
with an emotion that will be inappropriate and self-defeating.
If viewed through our Identity/Authentic Self, we will respond
pro-actively, creatively, responsibly, constructively, positively,
and out of freedom of choice.
Our Authentic Self is our Emotional Competency.
It is the self found at our core. It is a part of us not defined by our roles and possessions.
Our Authentic Self contains our talents, skills, unique gifts, interests, insights, passions, wisdom
and strengths. It is our genuine, self-authored, or endorsed self.
It is a self that is aligned, congruent and in touch with the pure energy of the heart
SPIRITUAL ENERGY: Contains the attributes of God within us:
Beauty, Love, Freedom, Joy, Ecstasy, Bliss etc.
We are made in the Image and Likeness of our Creator.
Spiritual Energy expresses our consciousness.
Consciousness is one expression of the Infinite Field of Infinite Power.
Our Spiritual Energy is what frees us from our egos, our negativity and what holds us back
from being and doing what was intended for us.
When we access our Spiritual Energy, we vibrate at a higher frequency.
Dr. Hawkins in his book Power vs.. Force: The Hidden Determinant of Human Behavior,
describes very well the hierarchy of levels of consciousness.
His work is a real eye opener because it explores the different degrees of energy in relation
to our emotions by using kinesiology to calibrate energy frequencies.
Hawkins describes shame as the lowest frequency (the one that is the closest to death and
suicide) calibrating at the frequency of 20.
Courage calibrates at 200, Love at 500, and Enlightenment is the highest frequency calibrating
at 700 to 1,000, which is pure consciousness.
According to Hawkins, Freud, Einstein, and Newton calibrate at 499 because they were religious.
They did not make it to level 500 (Unconditional Love).
At level 500, we transcend religion (dependence) and get to
Spirituality (Co-Creation and Interdependence) and the Self unfolds.
You touch the heart and vibrate at the frequency of Compassion and Reverence.
When we are in our Authentic Self and we are tapping into our
Divine encoding, we vibrate and calibrate at a much higher frequency of Spiritual Energy
which is LOVE.
This higher vibration can only happen when we are in touch with our
heart and when we align our Emotional and Spiritual Energy with our thoughts
and actions.
How great life is when we remember this truth...only remember we are
LOVE IN ACTION!
